Designed by Piché Architecture, this modern custom home responds to its dramatic Front Range setting with a sweeping roof inspired by the expansive canopies of the site's mature trees. The roof creates sheltered outdoor living spaces while allowing the home to float lightly above the steep hillside, minimizing disturbance to the landscape and framing panoramic mountain views. The feature highlights the project's thoughtful integration of architecture, landscape, and site-responsive design.
